Three Poems in ScienceWriteNow

Three of my poems are now available in Edition 6 of Science Write Now on the theme of Natural History and Historians.

To quote from their website:Science Write Now is a network of people and resources that supports creative writing about science. We believe that truth comes in many forms, some of which—like fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, and memoir—help us translate complex or remote ideas into everyday lives, build spaces for empathy and change.”

The poems featured are ‘The Firebirds’, ‘Homing Instinct’ and ‘In Defence of Rome’s Starlings’, the latter two poems from my collection, The Fickle Pendulum, and the first a previously unpublished poem.  You can find them here.
